SCHOOL RULES

  1. Every student should carry his/her almanac to school each day.
  2. Parents are requested to avail school bus facilities for transport of their students/wards. Non bus commuters should arrive at school 5 minutes before the start of the Home Room period.
  3. The warning bell before a class or assembly is a signal for all to go to the assembly or their respective class rooms. This should be done promptly and in silence. As soon as they are in their classes, students must get their books ready for the period.
  4. Changing of classrooms between periods should be done in silence and in an orderly manner.
  5. Students should be habitually clean and always neatly dressed. The school uniform should be worn on all working days and for all school functions. Students who are not in proper uniform will not be allowed to enter their class rooms.
  6. Non Sikh boys should get their hair cut at regular intervals.
  7. No shouting or whistling is allowed in or around the school building. Running in corridors is strictly prohibited.
  8. It is strictly forbidden to throw any object at any one.
  9. Care must be taken of school property and no student should scratch or spoil the desks or chairs or damage any school furniture or write or draw anything on the wall or in any way damage things belonging to others. Damage done even by accident should be reported at once to the class teacher or to the Principal.
  10. Any damage done will be made good by the concerned students together with a fine imposed on him/her for such an offence. Any one whose notices something damaged should report the matter even if he or she does not know who has done it.
  11. Lending or borrowing of money or other articles is not permitted.
  12. Bicycles must be locked. Students shall not ride on bicycles in the school premises. Use of scooters/motor cycles is strictly prohibited.
  13. The students who come to school in the care of attendants should never leave before the attendant arrives. In case of delay, they should report to the school.

Office. Those who go home along should not loiter about on the way but be prompt in returning home straight. Students are warned not to buy anything especially eatables from street vendors.

  1. Our students should observe polite manners wherever they go. They should always remember that the school is judged by their conduct. They should greet their teachers when they meet them. Bullying and use of foul language are punishable offences.
  2. The school reserves for itself the right to terminate the schooling of students with unsatisfactory progress in studies of WHOSE CONDUCT IS ABAD PRECEPTFOR OTHER.
  3. Students of nursery, Prep and I should return their report card duly signed by their parents/ guardians within 3 days of its receipt. Parents should acknowledge the receipt of report card through almanac.
  4. The name class and section of the pupil should be clearly marked on all belongings of the students Blazers and jerseys should also bear the name of the students.
  5. School Appointments should wear their respective badges daily.
  6. Students should attend festivals and functions celebrated in the school. While absentees will have to pay a fine of Rs. 30/-per day.
  7. Students who remain absent on special working days such as Saturdays and on the last working days prior to the exams, vacations and break on the repining days, they will be fined at Rs. 50/-perdayforabsence.

SCHOOL FEE-MODE OF PAYMENT

  1. Fee for the academic year can either be paid as one-time payment for the whole year at the beginning of the session or through the following four installments. th
  2. All the students will be issued a Fee-Slip by the 25 of the preceding month in which the Quarterly Fee has to be paid. lh
  3. All fee are payable by cheque latest by the 5 of the preceiding month in which the quarterly Fee has to be paid. th
  4. ALatefee @ Rs. 20/- per day charged for non-payment of fee by the 10 of the paying month.
  5. If the fee is not paid by the end of the paying month. The name of the child will be struck off the school rolls. The child will be re-admitted only on payment of all arrears and a fresh admission fee.
  6. All writings on the cheque should be legible and free from any over writings or deletions.
  7. Parents are requested to fill in the correct cheque number in the fee slip.
  8. Dishonored cheques, as per law will entail action. All future payments from defaulting parents will only be accepted through Demand Draft.
  9. Fee slip is an important document which must be kept safely by the parents. In case of loss a duplicate fee slip will be issued from the accounts section on payment of Rs. 100/-

BUS RULES

  1. Students are expected to be on their bus stops at least five minutes prior to the arrival of the bus.
  2. Buses will notwaitfor latecomers.
  3. Children should always stay away from the main road until the bus arrives.
  4. No students should try to board the bus until it has made a complete stop.
  5. They must occupy vacant seats immediately after boarding the buses.
  6. The drivers are authorized to stop buses at the designated stop only unless otherwise directed by the transport in-charge/teacher in-charge the list of stops is prepared keeping in view the convenience of all and is subject to change.
  7. When the bus is in motion, students should not move around in the bus, they should not let any part of their body out of the bus.
  8. Objects of any kind must not be discarded inside orthrown out of the bus.
  9. Student will be held responsible for any damage to bus caused by their negligence or vandalism.
  10. No student is allowed to eat or discard trash orfood inside or outside the bus.
  11. Shrieking shouting, unruly behavior is strictly prohibited. Courteous is expected at all times.
  12. The driver's attention must not be distracted for any reason.
  13. The teachers commuting by bus and student bus monitors are responsible for maintaining discipline in buses. Any serious offence must be reported to the Principal.

RULES CONCERNING ABSENCE, WTTHDRAWL & LEAVE

No leave of absence is granted except on prior written application from parents or guardians for a valid reason only. Every absence (due to sickness or otherwise) must be entered briefly In The Non-Attendance and leave record pages at the end of the almanac and signed by parents or guardians. Parents are requested to send a leave application if the child has to be absent for more than one day. If no information is received, the class teacher is expected to send an absentee card to the parents by Post. A student returning to school after suffering from an infection or contagious disease should produce a doctor's fitness certificate permitting him to do so. A student suffering from the following diseases must observe the prescribed period of quarantine before returning to class. a) Chickenpox Till the scabs fall completely b) Cholera Till the child is completely well c) Measles Two weeks afterthe rash disappears d) Mumps Until the swelling has subsided e) Whooping cough Six weeks. WITHDRAWAL The absent without sanctioned leave will have to pay a fine at the rate or Rs. 30/- per day. Aclear calendar month's fee in lieu of notice must be given Before the pupil can be withdrawn. Those who leave school in March/April must in all cases pay the fee for the months of May & June also. Transfer Certificate is issued only when all the dues of the school are settled. Student can be asked to leave the school on the following grounds Disciplinary, unsatisfactory progress in studies and repeated detention in the class. Achild who fails twice in the same class will not be permitted to stay in the school, especially if he/she is overage for the classes. Indiscipline, irregularity in attendance, damage of school property, non payment of school dues, unauthorized absence from school for more than six days are sufficient grounds for issue or compulsory T.C. (Transfer Certificate).
